Setting Fire To Sleeping Giants
Alongside our new Talent Series we wanted to release a beer that was a tad more approachable. A bit more "classic" in style. But true to our style, we've added some punch. And some big hops.
We've taken an oat heavy malt base, german hops and a belgian yeast to make a truly unique, sessionable beer. With hints of melon and floral notes, as well as an undercurrent of citrus, the hops pair really well with the slightly sweet, raisin, fig and spice flavours of the yeast.
At 3.5% this is a dangerously good, yet sessionable pale. Coming soon, only in cask.
