We've just seen our Talent Series fly out the door but things keep moving and we've been working away at an all new, collaboration brew with Liverpool Beer Collective. One of the first, of many collaborations we're excited to announce.
It took some experimenting, tweaking and testing, but we finally hit upon a recipe we both loved. A White IPA.
Full of wheat in the mash, this IPA has a strong body that helps carry the flavour forward. Double dry hopped with Idaho Gem, Idaho-7 and Simcoe, it packs a full on aroma of pineapple and light pine, whilst the flavour profile is tropical stone fruit and moreish juiciness! One of our biggest hop forward beers this is something special. Named after the first ever White Dwarf discovered, Sirius B is launching in keg and 440ml cans, at the end of May.
It's also making a special appearance alongside a sister beer, during Liverpool Beer Week. Look out for more info on this.
